<p> <font face="arial" size="2">I&#8217;m not talking about professional bodybuilders, I&#8217;m talking about our nations elite fighting force &#8211; The U.S. Navy SEALs. These brave men are not worried about how they look in front of the judges, but how they are judged by their superiors. </font></p>
<p> <font face="arial" size="2">Living by the mentality that they must perform to the best of their ability on every mission is why they are so successful. But how do these men get in shape in that short period of time called basic training? </font></p>
<p> <font face="arial" size="2">Bodybuilding takes years to come across the perfect physique and even then, some bodybuilders are still not happy with the results. The SEALs take a different approach to training, they are concerned with strength and endurance, not symmetry and hair loss products. In this article, I will outline a Navy SEAL workout someone gave to me.<img src="http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/seal2.jpg" align="right" /></font></p>
<p><font face="arial" size="2"> This program is about a nine week long program. During this program, you should notice that your endurance will sore to heights never imagined. However, like Navy SEAL training, this program will break you &#8211; only the mentally strong will survive and a new, strengthened man will emerge.</font></p>

<p><b>CAM</b><br />A cam is a theater rip usually done with a digital video camera. A mini tripod is sometimes used, but a lot of the time this wont be possible, so the camera make shake. Also seating placement isn’t always idle, and it might be filmed from an angle. If cropped properly, this is hard to tell unless there’s text on the screen, but a lot of times these are left with triangular borders on the top and bottom of the screen. Sound is taken from the onboard microphone of the camera, and especially in comedies, laughter can often be heard during the film. Due to these factors picture and sound quality are usually quite poor, but sometimes we’re lucky, and the theater will be fairly empty and a fairly clear signal will be heard.</p>
<p><b>TELESYNC (TS)</b><br />A telesync is the same spec as a CAM except it uses an external audio source (most likely an audio jack in the chair for hard of hearing people). A direct audio source does not ensure a good quality audio source, as a lot of background noise can interfere. A lot of the times a telesync is filmed in an empty cinema or from the projection booth with a professional camera, giving a better picture quality. Quality ranges drastically, check the sample before downloading the full release. A high percentage of Telesyncs are CAMs that have been mislabeled.</p>
<p><b>TELECINE (TC)</b><br />A telecine machine copies the film digitally from the reels. Sound and picture should be very good, but due to the equipment involved and cost telecines are fairly uncommon. Generally the film will be in correct aspect ratio, although 4:3 telecines have existed. A great example is the JURASSIC PARK 3 TC done last year. TC should not be confused with TimeCode , which is a visible counter on screen throughout the film.</p>
<p><b>R5</b><br />A rushed retail DVD from Russia, which is believed to be put out in an attempt to stop the use of pirated telecines. The R5 DVDs are produced as essentially telecines, except they are done on a professional level. The quality is often similar to DVD screeners, with little to no cleanup. An R5 release will typically be of quality exceeding that of telecines but lower than that of DVD screeners. PUKKA introduced the R5 format in November of 2006 in their release of Flyboys:</p>
<p>Over the past 6 months the major movie studios have been releasing retail dvds use of pirated telecines (which were once very common). Lately however there has telecines you see are actually R5 retails. R5 retail is rushed out by the studio, they are basically competing with pirates, so there is little to no cleanup of the film after the telecine process.  So the main difference between telecines put out by professional studios and professional people.  The quality of R5 retail is very similar to dvdscr’s, no time is usually spent cleaning up dvdscrs either.<br />To view PUKKA’s complete interpretation of the R5, view their NFO.</p>
<p><b>SCREENER (SCR)</b><br />A pre VHS tape, sent to rental stores, and various other places for promotional use. A screener is supplied on a VHS tape, and is usually in a 4:3 (full screen) a/r, although letterboxed screeners are sometimes found. The main draw back is a “ticker” (a message that scrolls past at the bottom of the screen, with the copyright and anti-copy telephone number). Also, if the tape contains any serial numbers, or any other markings that could lead to the source of the tape, these will have to be blocked, usually with a black mark over the section. This is sometimes only for a few seconds, but unfortunately on some copies this will last for the entire film, and some can be quite big. Depending on the equipment used, screener quality can range from excellent if done from a MASTER copy, to very poor if done on an old VHS recorder thru poor capture equipment on a copied tape. Most screeners are transferred to VCD, but a few attempts at SVCD have occurred, some looking better than others.</p>
<p><b>DVD-SCREENER (DVDscr)</b><br />Same premise as a screener, but transferred off a DVD. Usually letterbox , but without the extras that a DVD retail would contain. The ticker is not usually in the black bars, and will disrupt the viewing. If the ripper has any skill, a DVDscr should be very good. Usually transferred to SVCD or DivX/XviD.</p>
<p><b>DVDRip</b><br />A copy of the final released DVD. If possible this is released PRE retail (for example, Star Wars episode 2) again, should be excellent quality. DVDrips are released in SVCD and DivX/XviD.</p>

<p><b>Also take note of the &#8216;creator&#8217; of the torrent, normally placed at the end of the torren title.</b></p>

<p>Upon moving into the run-down Spiderwick Estate with their mother, twin brothers Jared and Simon Grace, along with their sister Mallory, find themselves pulled into an alternate world full of faeries and other creatures(IMDB)</p>
<p><b>Was it good?<br /></b>Well, if your house got a kids then it is a good movie of choice for them. If you don&#8217;t have one, then it is also a good adventure movie that the whole family would enjoy.</p>

<li>Remember to always warm up before any exercise. Warming up reduces the risk of injury and gets muscles ready to do a push up. You can actually lift/push/pull/etc more if you go through a proper warm up routine, as compared to diving straight into the exercises. Make sure to stretch your arms and wrists &#8211; key joints in push ups.</li>
<li>Assume a prone position on the floor or other hard surface that&#8217;s able to support your body weight. Keep your feet together!!!</li>
<li>Place your hands under your shoulders with your palms on the ground. Curl your toes upward (towards your head) so that the balls of your feet touch the ground.</li>
<li>Raise yourself using your arms. At this point, your weight should be supported by your hands and the balls of your feet. Make a straight line from your head to your heels. This position is called &#8220;plank,&#8221; which is used for other various exercises. This is the beginning and the end position of a single push-up.</li>
<li>Lower your torso to the ground until your elbows form a 90 degree angle. Keep your elbows close to your body for more resistance. Keep your head facing forward. Try to have the tip of your nose pointed directly ahead. Draw a breath as you lower yourself.</li>

<p><b>The Regiment</b><br /><u>Requirement</u><br />A facial cleanser, mild one will do. I am now using OXY Deep Cleansing Wash.</p>
<p>Plenty of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzoyl_peroxide">Benzoyl Peroxide</a>. It is best if you have a 2.5% ones. Currently using OXY 10(NOT RECOMMENDED. GET OXY 5 INSTEAD)<br />Best products: Panoxyl 2.5, available in some Guardians</p>
<p>Moisturiser<br />Currently using NEVIA for MEN Moisturiser </p>
<p><u>What you gonna do</u></p>
<p>Gentle face wash: A gentle face wash will help prepare your skin for benzoyl peroxide. Removing surface oils allows the benzoyl peroxide to penetrate more easily. Washing very gently helps avoid irritation. While scientists and doctors do not know exactly what causes acne, we do know that irritation alone can make it worse.</p>
<p>Plenty of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide: Benzoyl peroxide oxygenates skin. Acne bacteria cannot live in oxygenated environments. Benzoyl peroxide is also a mild drying and peeling agent which is thought to help keep pores from clogging. On the Regimen you&#8217;ll be using 2.5% benzoyl peroxide because clinical studies have shown it is just as effective as 5% and 10% but much less irritating. Remember, irritation alone can aggravate acne. I found that using lots of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide is incredibly effective. Why apply so much? Nobody knows for sure why this works so amazingly well but myself and thousands of others have had great success using this method. My theory is that applying more simply allows it to penetrate more deeply into the skin.</p>
<p>Good moisturizer: Because you&#8217;ll be using lots of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, your skin will most likely be dry and a little flaky. Applying a good moisturizer will help keep your skin in balance and allow you to go out into public with non-flaky, normal looking skin.</p>

<p><b>How to wash your face</b></p>
<p>Medical science has made some pretty amazing breakthroughs in the treatment of acne. However, gentle cleansing must precede treatment in order to prevent irritation, because irritation can lead to more breakouts. Keep in mind the suggestions below when you wash your face before applying medication.</p>
<p>   1.  Look for the terms &#8220;oil-free&#8221; and &#8220;non-comedogenic&#8221; (non-acne aggravating) when selecting a facial cleanser. You know you&#8217;re on the right track when references to mild, &#8220;non-irritating&#8221;, and &#8220;non-overdrying&#8221; are mentioned as well.</p>
<p>      Many acne cleansers also include other medications. For instance, Neutrogena Acne Wash &#8220;Oil-Free Cream Cleanser&#8221; has 2% salicylic acid in it. Clean &amp; Clear &#8220;Continuous Control Acne Cleanser&#8221; contains 10% benzoyl peroxide. I worry that the medication will be washed off with these sorts of cleansers. Also, you may unwittingly be layering medications if you start with a medication containing cleanser and then apply a second medication afterward. From my experience, a gentle cleansing followed with application of medication is what works best.</p>
<p>2. Wash your face only twice per day, morning and evening. Excess washing can cause irritation. You want to be as kind to your skin as possible.</p>
<p>3. Use only your bare hands to wash. A washcloth is irritating. Consider the act of washing as simply prepping your skin for medication, nothing more. Washing itself does not clear breakouts since dirt does not cause acne, so there is absolutely no need to scrub.</p>
<p>4. Pat dry. Do not rub dry. Rubbing the skin is irritating, and excess irritation&#8230;that&#8217;s right&#8230;can lead to more breakouts. Gently pat dry.</p>
